If you are already a customer, click here to pay for your one-time technical support remote connection, then use your existing installed copy of Microsoft SharedView Application that came with your contract or was previously installed from an earlier technical support session.
If you are NOT a current customer and need one-time remote desktop support, you will need to download and install the Microsoft SharedView Application to your computer. This service is $45.00 an hour. (You need to call Customer Support, pay online, and then connect with a Support Representative first before we can provide Remote Support)
