Osborne IT Solutions is owned and operated by Anne Osborne, a Microsoft Certified Professional, College Graduate of Minnesota School of Business studying Network Systems Engineering, and Information Technology.
Established in 1996, doing business as "Moeoko's Computer Concepts," she renamed the company in 2007, "Osborne IT Solutions" and restructured it's core business vision and purpose.
With over 10 years of providing information technology support and expertise to small businesses, either contracting or working full time, she has worked her way towards a dream, owning her own IT Consulting Firm.
As a system administrator, Anne employed herself to maintain and operate computer systems and networks, and worked in a number of different organizations as a member of an information technology (IT) department.
Many of the duties Anne has had are wide-ranging, and vary widely from one organization to another. She is usually charged with installing, supporting, and maintaining servers or other computer systems, and planning for and responding to service outages and other problems.
Other duties Anne took care of included scripting or light programming, project management for systems-related projects, supervising or training computer technician support teams, and being the consultant for computer problems beyond the knowledge of technical support staff. Anne demonstrates a blend of technical skills and responsibilities in order to perform her job well.
